My path to Salesforce consulting started in higher education at Metropolitan State University of Denver, where I led the CRM implementation that replaced paper-based processes for managing 20,000+ admission applications. That experience taught me the power of technology to streamline operations—and the importance of getting implementation right.

Since then, I’ve worked across sectors—nonprofits, education, healthcare, and enterprise—always focused on the same goal: building Salesforce solutions that actually work for the people using them.
